Lenovo releases the ThinkVision 28 that includes a 4K display. The multitouch display not only includes a resolution of 3840 x 2160, it also has the newest verion of Android. The ThinkVision 28 runs Android 4.4 (KitKat) and uses the NVIDIA Tegra CPU along with 2GB of RAM. The device comes with 32GB of internal storage and can also take a microSD card if you need to add more space. The monitor also includes an adjustable stand that allows you to tilt the monitor back so that it's completely flat. The ThinkVision 28 comes packing with Bluetooth 4.0, NFC, and Miracast software. The starting price for the Thinkvision 28 is $1,199.99.

Panasonic is going to ship their 4K LCD monitor this month. The model number is BT-4LH310 and is a 31 inch 4K (4096 x 2160) screen that can be yours for a whopping $28,000.00. The monitor was announced last April, but didn't have a release date set until this past week.

This year at CES, most thought the newest hot items would be 4k monitors. However, it was actually the 8k monitors that took the prize. Both Sharp and Samsung demoed their 8k tehcnology, showing off the resolution that is 16-times sharper than the resolution of today's HD. Sharp demonstrated with their 85-inch 8K display that included Dolby 3D glasses.
